About BuyFleet

BuyFleet is an Australian car buying service. We act on your behalf to negotiate the best available price on a new car from our nationwide network of 500+ authorised dealers. We handle everything from price negotiation through to finance, trade-in, and delivery — so you don't need to visit a single dealership or spend time haggling.
No. BuyFleet is not a dealership. We are an independent car buying service, sometimes called a car broker, that works entirely for the buyer — not for dealers. This means our recommendations are unbiased and our goal is always to get you the lowest possible price, not to make a commission off a higher sale price.
BuyFleet operates across all of Australia. Our dealer network spans every state and territory — NSW, VIC, QLD, WA, SA, TAS, ACT, and NT. Whether you're in a capital city or a regional area, we can source your car and arrange delivery.
When a sale is completed through BuyFleet, the selling dealer pays us a small referral fee. This fee is a standard part of how the car industry works and doesn't come out of your pocket. It doesn't inflate the price you pay — in fact, because we bring volume business to dealers, they're willing to offer prices that are typically lower than what you'd get walking in alone.

Pricing & Cost

Nothing. BuyFleet is completely free for car buyers. There are no upfront fees, no subscription, no hidden charges. You pay only the agreed price for your car — and that price is typically well below what you'd pay negotiating on your own.
Savings vary by make, model, and market conditions. Our customers save an average of $3,500 off the RRP (recommended retail price). On premium vehicles or in-demand models, savings can be higher. On some vehicles where dealer margins are thin, savings may be less — but we'll always be transparent about the deal we've found and why.
Yes — in many cases. We negotiate on the full drive-away price, including on-road costs, accessories, and any dealer-added charges. We'll present you with a clear, fully-inclusive price so there are no surprises at signing.

The Process

Simply use the search tool on our homepage to select your make and model, then fill in the brief quote form. One of our car buying specialists will be in touch within 24 hours to discuss your requirements and begin the search.
For in-stock vehicles, the typical timeframe from quote request to delivery is 5–14 business days. For vehicles that need to be factory ordered or transferred between dealers, allow 4–12 weeks depending on the make and model. We'll give you a clear estimated timeline with your quote.
No — that's the whole point! BuyFleet handles all dealer communication on your behalf. You won't need to set foot in a showroom unless you choose to for a test drive. We can arrange test drives independently of the price negotiation if you'd like one before committing.
There's absolutely no obligation. We present you with the best deal we've found — if you're not happy with it, you're free to walk away. We won't pressure you into anything. In most cases, if you have a better quote in writing from another source, we'll try to beat it or match it.

If it's sold new in Australia, we can generally help.
Our primary service is for new vehicles. We negotiate through authorised dealer networks, which gives us access to new cars at the best prices. Our search page also lists selected quality used vehicles from our dealer network, but our core expertise is in new car purchasing.
Yes. We can source electric vehicles from Tesla, Hyundai, Kia, BYD, Volvo, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and many other brands. We're also familiar with the Australian government's EV incentives and can factor any applicable savings into your deal.

Finance & Payments

Yes. BuyFleet works with a panel of Australian lenders to compare and arrange car finance on your behalf. We can help with personal car loans, business chattel mortgages, novated leases (for salary packaging), and other finance structures. Rates start from 5.99% p.a. and we aim to get you pre-approval within 24–48 hours. See our finance page for more details.
No. Our finance service is entirely optional. You can use your own bank, an existing pre-approval, or pay cash — it doesn't affect the car purchase service at all. We offer finance as a convenience, not a requirement.
Absolutely. BuyFleet regularly helps small businesses, sole traders, and larger organisations purchase fleet vehicles. We can handle single vehicles through to multi-vehicle fleet orders, and assist with chattel mortgages, commercial hire purchase, and other business finance options.

Trade-Ins

Yes. Simply indicate in your quote request that you have a vehicle to trade in, and provide the year, make, model, kilometres, and condition. We'll arrange a market appraisal and factor the trade-in value into your deal. We often achieve better trade-in values than dealers offer on their own, because we can shop your vehicle to multiple buyers.
Not at all. Trade-in is entirely optional. You can sell your current car privately, trade it in, or simply keep it — whatever suits you. Our car buying service works the same way regardless.

Delivery

Yes. We can arrange delivery to metropolitan and regional areas across all states and territories. For most capital city and major regional deliveries, we aim for door-to-door delivery at no extra cost. For very remote locations, a delivery fee may apply — we'll confirm this in your quote.
Yes, of course. If you prefer to collect the car in person from the selling dealer — perhaps to do a final inspection or take a last test drive — we can arrange that too. Just let your BuyFleet specialist know your preference.
